Q: What’s the material of your jewellery pieces?

We use 14ct gold, 18ct gold and 24ct gold fill or vermeil to create our jewellery pieces.  Specific information is listed in the description box of each product.

Q: Can I wear them in the showers/baths?

Yes, absolutely! All our designs are made of real gold plated so they are water resistant and sweat resistant. But remember to wipe the water and chemical off the jewellery once you finished the shower/bath. The more you take care of the jewellery, the longer they will shine. 

Q: How long does it take to ship to me? 

We use Australia post and Sendle as our couriers. It normally takes around 1-2 days to receive your product if you live in Sydney metro areas. 3-7 days if you live in other cities in Australia. Might take longer if you are from certain suburbs in NSW or VIC due to the lockdown regulations.

If you are from overseas, it would take 5-14 days for you to receive your items with standard shipping; 3-4 days with express shipping. 

Q: I am buying it as a gift, do you offer gift wrapping and exchange?

Yes, 100%. We offer gift wrapping on product(s) value $100 and over for free. And we offer exchange for gifts that have not been worn at your own delivery cost.
